Please read the rules & regulations carefully, please print a copy for yourself.

Courtesy to our buyers is a must.

Booths must be open during business hours. All dealers must maintain their booths or have someone else man them. We understand if you have an emergency and can not be here, but as a courtesy to us, please call the office so we can either post your booth as closed or have one of our staff members watch for you. Any staff member that sells merchandise from a vendors stall, a 10% commission fee is required. All merchandise must have a price sticker on it, and have the vendors initials.

Vendors may not for any reason sublease their booth. All rentals must be handled through the office. Management reserves the right to refuse leasing space to any vendor.

Monthly rental may be paid by check. No two party checks will be accepted. A $20.00 Fee will be charged on any returned checks. After one (1) check is returned, rent must be paid in cash.

The sale of any COUNTERFEIT ITEMS, UNLICENSED ITEMS, FIRE WORKS, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, GUNS & AMMUNITION, ALL & ANY SATANIC MERCHANDISE, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and ADULT BOOKS, VIDEOS, MAGAZINES or like material is prohibited..

Gore St. Flea Market assumes no responsibility for any physical loss or damage at any time from any cause to the personnel property of any dealer. Dealer understands that Gore St. Flea Market is under no obligation to provide insurance to cover the Dealer for loss from any cause to any of Dealer's personnel property. Dealer shall be responsible for insuring against loss any of Dealer's personnel property located in Dealer's space, and further Dealer shall provide any general liability insurance for personal injury, death, or property damage in or about the Dealer's space.


Trash must be disposed of by the vendor himself. Garbage tags will no be provided, any garbage not disposed of by a vendor will be charged $5.00 per bag. All boxes must be broken down and flattened prior to recycling, all pop cans and glass bottles put in the blue box.

Vendors and their employees are expected to dress and conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner at all times. All vendors must wear full clothing and shoes. Good personal appearance, courtesy to customers and other vendors is expected. Profanity, loud boisterous action or physical violence will not be allowed. Offending vendors will be asked to leave the market. Vendors are required to keep clean booths at all times, not let trash or boxes build up. Vendors caught stealing or destroying other vendors merchandise or displays will be barred from the market and subject to full penalties under the law.
